  I was disappointed in their 'customer service.' After two weeks, never received a call to pick up our dog's ashes. When I called, Kevin said he had been out the previous week (which is fine), but was pretty insensitive about the loss of our pet. He asked "how did we end up with your dog?" and when he couldn't find our dog's ashes right away, he read all the names of pets whose ashes he did have in front of him until he found them. These are not files we're talking about, it's our pet! As a suggestion (if the owner reads these reviews), a better question to ask would be 'did you bring in your pet, or did your vet?' And put me on hold while you look for my dog's ashes! And it wouldn't hurt to throw in an 'I'm sorry for your loss. ' And after we got through this awful conversation, he tells me he's leaving early, and he'll leave my dog's ashes in the mailbox to pickup. This is not at night, but at noon on a Monday.

  The emergency vet gave us the option to have our beloved dog cremated with Cloud Nine. It was my first time losing a dog and also cremating. I just picked up the ashes and was instantly brought to tears. From the beautiful box with a nameplate, to the lovely poem included with the certificate, I could have thought of no better way to honor her.
